New to jiu-jitsu?

You do not need to know the techniques before you arrive. Call us so we can help you choose a starting class and explain what to bring. Learn positions, how to work with a partner, and how to recognize when to tap.

The goal is steady progress. Ask questions, take time to understand the task, and build your comfort with live training.

Gi training and fundamentals

The gi is the jacket-and-pants uniform used in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Its grips create opportunities to control position, pass guard, escape, and set up submissions.

Our schedule includes gi classes and a Wednesday gi fundamentals session. Instruction and live practice help connect technical details with decisions under resistance.

A place for experienced practitioners

Develop timing, sharpen positional skills, and explore problems that appear in your rounds. Purposeful training gives you opportunities to test an idea, get feedback, and adjust.

Add no-gi training or discuss competition goals with a coach.

Find a routine that fits

Train alongside people working toward their own goals. Be a reliable partner, keep your gear clean, and help the room improve together.
